Stephanie Popovitch began running as a middle school sprinter, but suffered many running-related injuries on and off through high school and college. It wasn't until she started graduate school that she found her passion for endurance running, ran her first half marathon in 2018, and later joined Nark Running Strategies in 2020. She loves running for the physical, mental, and social benefits that it offers. Stephanie has since completed 3 marathons, with a personal best of 2:55:46 in the full, 1:21:56 in the half marathon, and 18:07 in the 5k. Along with being a McMillan certified running coach, Stephanie is a Doctor of Physical Therapy and is able to use her knowledge and personal experiences to help other runners train their best while minimizing injury risk.
Jason Snyder is a McMillan Certified Run Coach who is dedicated to providing personalize training to help unlock your potential and achieve your goals. He has been involved in fitness and running since 2014 and joined the Nark Running Team in 2021. Throughout high school and college, he played football and ran track. In 2014 after dealing with life issues he found fitness and running as a transformational journey to get his life back in order. He realized the power of consistent habits in achieving health and fitness goals. While life gets busy juggling work, running, and family activities Jason is here to help guide you on your running journey, ensuring you stay motivated and see tangible results. Jason has been distance running since 2014 and has fell more in love with the competitive thrill and mental aspects of the sport. Through the years Jason approached running through continuous learning and practice. It wasn’t until 2021 when joining the Nark Team that Jason was able to learn how to run smarter and have a more strategic approach to running. With Team Nark, Jason saw the rewards and benefits of training smarter with improved times in every race distance. The more he learned, the more he became interested in sharing and helping others so they don’t have to endure the trial-and-error method of running. Through the Nark Running & Strength unique approach to unlocking your potential and maximizing your training you will see tangible results.
