Jason Snyder is a McMillan Certified Run Coach who is dedicated to providing personalize training to help unlock your potential and achieve your goals. He has been involved in fitness and running since 2014 and joined the Nark Running Team in 2021. Throughout high school and college, he played football and ran track. In 2014 after dealing with life issues he found fitness and running as a transformational journey to get his life back in order. He realized the power of consistent habits in achieving health and fitness goals. While life gets busy juggling work, running, and family activities Jason is here to help guide you on your running journey, ensuring you stay motivated and see tangible results. Jason has been distance running since 2014 and has fell more in love with the competitive thrill and mental aspects of the sport. Through the years Jason approached running through continuous learning and practice. It wasn’t until 2021 when joining the Nark Team that Jason was able to learn how to run smarter and have a more strategic approach to running. With Team Nark, Jason saw the rewards and benefits of training smarter with improved times in every race distance. The more he learned, the more he became interested in sharing and helping others so they don’t have to endure the trial-and-error method of running. Through the Nark Running & Strength unique approach to unlocking your potential and maximizing your training you will see tangible results.

““When I committed to running a 1/2 marathon, my first thought was I needed help. Not only with a training plan, but also support from an experienced running professional. Having a history of knee problems I knew injury prevention would be a huge factor in my success.””
